Dartmouth to see King Tut at the de Young Museum 12/13/09

On December 13, 2009 Dartmouth Alumni Continuing Education, Dartmouth Club of Greater San Francisco, and Dartmouth Alumni Association of Silicon Valley sponsored a lecture by Susan Ackerman, Preston H. Kelsey Professor of Religion and chair of the Religion Department at Dartmouth College. Professor Ackerman provided an introduction to the time of Tutankhamun in ancient Egypt. A reception followed, then Dartmouth College alumni, families, and friends viewed Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs at the de Young Museum in San Francisco, CA. (Picture taking was not permitted in the exhibit area.)
